I had a very bad experince with Isckon tours and travel located in Delhi. They failed to provide me the prper service to the money i paid to them. I booked a tour for Manali/ Shimla recently. The service in Manali hotel was worst and i was snot provided the service that i was being told by Mr.Krishna of Isckon Tours and Travels. To my surprise when i reached Shimla i was shocked to note that my hotel was not booked there and on contacting the travel agent Mr.Krishna he switched off his cell. Anyhow i managed to get the accomodation in one of the hotel and also was not provided all the services i was being promised in my package... This is one of the worst experience i had. Refrain from such agents.   [more]

Just back from South India a couple of days back. Had gone there with family for a vacation of 15 days. I could not wait to share my experience. The trip that I planned was so convenient that the whole vacation, as planned, passed without any hurdle. The main reason for this is usage of ItzCash Card for pre-booking my travel. Few days back when I was in the planning process of my vacation, a friend told me about using ItzCash card for online bookings. I went online on the ItzCash Card website and studied about the product. I placed an online order of a noQ24x7 card powered by ItzCash card for my self. noQ24x7 card is India's premier, multi-services prepaid payment card. The card was delivered at my door step in couple of days. The noQ24x7 card, a prepaid Cash Card, are available in various denominations ranging from Rs 250 to Rs 10,000 and also are retailed out of 250,000 outlets called the ItzCash Points spread across India. The card can be used for wide range of utility payments, Mobile and DTH recharge, Air/Rail/Bus/Taxi ticket bookings etc. I could use the same card for my flight and hotel room booking to reach the destination. I could rent a car for reaching my hotel which also I had booked using the same card. I was so happy that everything went as per the plan. The booking also took hardly anytime and since it was online I could leisurely sit at home and book at my convenience. I was very thankful that there was something like ItzCash Card, that helped in making my trip hurdle free and I could enjoy to fullest. It is a true companion for the sleek online bookings.   [more]

A week in “God’s own country” was what I needed. The backwaters are just the best spot one can think of to relax in India. The hotel I stayed at, The Lalit, had natural backwater on 3 sides. I’m attaching the hotel’s link in case anyone of you is planning to go “backwatering”- as I call it ;) . There’s just no missing the backwaters if you’re in south India. https://www.facebook.com/TheLaLit.Hotels.Palaces.and.Resorts   [more]
